I can relate heavily to Rachel Stephens - I've settled on saving articles on Instapaper and then never reading them. My archive is impressive - even if not ever read.
Last night, I replaced my Dell XPS of 5 years with a Macbook that I picked up from BestBuy. I'm in my 50th year and have only now ventured into the closed-world-of-Apple. They finally got me.....but I put up quite a fight - only to relinquish to long battery life. In the end - what more is there than battery life? Its even more Maslow-ian than wifi.
Enjoy Pasadena - I lived there for 25 years before moving to Austin in 2020 - Pasadena is a beautiful city that is best in the winter when the mountains are clear and green and its just, just, just so beautiful.
