Tech & Work World
I traveled up to Dallas today for a sales call, so it's very short today:
1.) The New Economy is New Again - one of the many podcasts I listened to while driving was the most recent Exponent. It's a nice re-discovery of "the Internet could change everything" talk we had in the 90s. I mean that as high praise.
2.) Efficient vs. Effective - as another example of putting your brain through the exercises, the distinction Horace &co. finally get to between efficient vs. effective is good thinking. If there's an abundance of something, it's OK to be wasteful with it if it works.
3.) The Flop House continues to be great.

There's coffee hipsters in downtown Dallas. Really.
