SAP buys Concur for $8.3bn - now they have TripIt, which I love. Nice margin for investors: "SAP will pay $129 a share for Concur, a 20 percent premium to Concur’s closing price on Wednesday." This will also give them a pretty hefty cloud/SaaS revenue. Large companies are good at that - buying SaaSes and ASPs to roll-up that cloud revenue. (Hey all you other ERP people, Expensify is pretty awesome!)
